Kickboxing:
Interval training of kickboxing drills using gloves and pads with a partner for a challenging cardio/total body conditioning workout. A great class to challenge yourself & achieve results. 60 minutes
Pi-Yo Blast:
Pi-Yo Blast is a blend of many disciplines: sports training, core conditioning, dance, stretch, and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! (Light weight training segments) 60 minutes
Interval Training:
(Super Set) Total body workout that focus’s on the core, building endurance, & strength. (BLT) This class uses kettle bells, resistant balls, bands & weights that will keep you moving & active while building muscle and strength. 60 minutes
Turbo Kick:
Revolutionary fun kickboxing class using no equipment (there is no contact). Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments. It is a class that to allows you to start as a beginner & finish as accomplished athlete. The hip hop music makes it fun & motivate you to keep going. 60 minutes
Cardio Step:
As with any step class, the number of calories burned depends on the speed of movements, step height, and length of exercise time. Help maintain the health of your cardiovascular system, improve muscle tone, gait and balance with this fun energized-inspired step class. A fun way to get fit! 60 minutes
Couch to 5k:
Runner’s Circuit: This class will enable you to run your first 5k in 8 weeks or help the experienced runner improve their time. Beginners start very slowly, only running 60 seconds at a time. They then alternate jogging and walking for 20-30 minutes and finish with an ab and leg workout. The Conditioning Blast is in aerobic room that will work on your core, your form & your stamina. 60 minutes
Zumba: Zumba involves Latin dance and exercise elements. Zumba is considered exercise in disguise, with a typical class burning between 500 and 1000 calories. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow. Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. 60 minutes
Yoga Tone Xpress:
This is a full body workout packed into 30 minutes. Designed to work every muscle in the body that flow smoothly from pose to pose burning calories, increasing flexibility, creating balance, building strength, and ending with deep stretching. 60 minutes
Weekend Warrior:
Get ready for a challenge! This weekend class offers complex warrior sequences and additional flow series to increase heat and intensity in the body, burning calories, toning muscles, building strength, creating balance, and ending with deep stretching. 60 minutes
